As jet fuel price continues to be high and showing no sign of abating amid the ongoing conflicts in Ukraine, it has directly affected cost of air transportation worldwide.

As such, Pos Malaysia will be increasing the fuel surcharge by 5% for its international postal services comprising Air Mail, Small Packet, Flexipack International, Air Parcel and EMS. Similarly, the fuel surcharge of its international courier services (AsiaXpress) will increase by 10%.

The increases will take effect 1 May 2022 until further notice.
