International mail, parcel and EMS services to Sudan are suspended temporarily effective 9 May 2023 until further notice. International mail services include international small packet, flexipack international, registered, and tracked. Therefore, any package that has been received and processed may experience delays.

The temporary suspension of the services are due to the cancellation of flights caused by the current situation in Sudan. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we are working closely with our logistics partners to find alternative solutions and minimize the impact on our services.
