Cafe Mesra at Pos Malaysia Outlets 2023 - Launch Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.0 About the Promotion

  • 1.1         The Cafe Mesra at Pos Malaysia Outlets 2023 - Launch Promotion (“Promotion”) organized by Pos Malaysia Berhad (Registration No.: 199101019653 (22990-M)) (the “Organiser”) will run from 17 January 2023 to 17February 2023 (“Promotion Period”) for General Post Office (“GPO”) Kuala Lumpur, and from 26 January 2023 to 26 February 2023 for GPO Shah Alam and Taman Sri Tebrau Post Office.
  • 1.2         Pos Malaysia reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, or extend the Promotion Period or terminate the Promotion at its sole and absolute discretion as it deemed fit without prior notice or without assigning any reason thereof.

2.0 Eligibility Criteria

  • 2.1         The Promotion is open to the public and all walk-in customers to Cafe Mesra, located at GPO Kuala Lumpur, GPO Shah Alam and Taman Sri Tebrau Post Office during the Promotion Period.

3.0 Promotion Mechanism

  • 3.1         Customers are required to complete the following to redeem free items and offers from Cafe Mesra during the Promotion Period:
    • 3.1.1 Free Cafe Mesra Handcrafted Coffee on first day of LaunchPromotion
    • a)   Customers are required to spend minimum RM10 at Cafe Mesra in GPO Kuala Lumpur on 16 January 2023, and in GPO Shah Alam and Taman Sri Tebrau Post Office on 25 January 2023.
    • b)   Scan the QR Code displayed at the respective Cafe Mesra and post office counters and answer 5 survey questions
    • c)   Customers are entitled to redeem 1 free Cafe Mesra Latte or Americano on the first day of launch (only at the Cafe Mesra at the respective post offices)
    • d)   First come first serve basis and while stock lasts. Cafe Mesra are giving away 200 cups FOC only on the first day of launch at GPO Kuala Lumpur and 100 cups FOC at GPO Shah Alam & Taman Sri Tebrau Post Office.

    • 3.1.2 Launch Month Promotion at Cafe Mesra in GPO Kuala Lumpur from 17 January – 17 February 2023
    • a)   Customers are required to spend/transact minimum RM100.00 and above on any product or service at GPO Kuala Lumpur to enjoy 1 FREE doughnut or 50% off on any pastries (up to a minimum value of RM5) from Cafe Mesra starting from launch date stated above, or while stocks last.
    • b)   Scan the QR Code displayed at the Cafe Mesra and post office counters and answer 5 survey questions. Submit successful transaction receipt (“receipt”) and proof of completed survey only to the staff at Cafe Mesra at GPO Kuala Lumpur counter to redeem
    • c)   Offer is only valid on the same day of transaction within the Promotion Period, at GPO Kuala Lumpur and in one receipt.
    • 3.1.3  Launch Month Promotion at Cafe Mesra in GPO Shah Alam and Taman Sri Tebrau Post Office from 26 January – 26 February 2023
    • a)    Customers are required to spend/transact minimum RM100.00 and above on any product or service at GPO Shah Alam or Taman Sri Tebrau Post Office to enjoy 1 FREE doughnut or RM5 off for minimum spend of RM10 for every handcrafted coffee from Cafe Mesra starting from launch date stated above, or while stocks last.
    • b)    Scan the QR Code displayed at the Cafe Mesra and post office counters and answer 5 survey questions. Submit successful transaction receipt (“receipt”) and proof of completed survey only to the staff at Cafe Mesra at GPO Kuala Lumpur counter to redeem
    • c)    Offer is only valid on the same day of transaction within the Promotion Period, at GPO Kuala Lumpur and in one receipt
  • 3.2         One (1) receipt entitle to one (1) offer redemption only. Customer are not allowed to redeem multiple offers with the same receipt.
  • 3.3         Your receipt must contain legible, clear, and valid receipt number, date or transaction, name and/or logo of the Outlets and description of the successful transaction made.
  • 3.4         Failure to produce the original receipt upon request, reprinted, duplicated, illegible, incorrect, unclear and/or damaged receipts will not be entertained.
  • 3.5         The decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding.

4.0 General

  • 4.1         By participating in the Promotion, customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete, or add any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and it shall be binding to the Customer and the Winners.
  • 4.2         By participating in the promotion, the Organiser reserves the right to publish and display photographs of participating customer and audio and/or visual recording for any mass media or marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes without prior notice and/or compensation.
  • 4.3         The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence, appeals, protests or attempts to dispute the same would be entertained in any event.
  • 4.4         Customer are advised to regularly visit the official website of the Organiser at www.pos.com.my from time to time for any changes or amendments in respect of the Promotion.

5.0 Privacy Policy

  • 5.1         By participating in this Promotion, Customer are deemed to have consented to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by the Organiser for the purpose of the Promotion and/or any other promotional and marketing purposes.
  • 5.2         The Organiser respects the privacy of its Customer and are committed to protect the privacy of every Customer. When the Customer provides personal information to participate in the Promotion, the personal information will be included in the list of receiving news/notice of any promotional, Promotion, brochures including the email for other information. "Identity Personal Information” refers to any information that can identify or used for contacting purposes such as names, mailing addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.
  • 5.3         By participating in the Promotion, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Organiser may share Customer personal information that has been received in the Organiser for products offerings, promotions and services to the Customer.

6.0 Law and Jurisdiction

  • 6.1         By participating in the Promotion, the Customer acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance to Malaysian law.
  • 6.2         By participating in the Promotion, Customer shall be deemed to accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia in respect of any or all of the disputes that may arise in relation to and pursuant to the Promotion.
